Calibration and Inspection of BTU Ovens

Calibration of an oven involves verifying and adjusting various components to ensure accurate and consistent performance which includes: verifying that the main controller accurately regulates temperature within the oven, ensuring that the over-temperature protection system trip point is working correctly to prevent overheating which may cause fire hazards or damage to equipment, calibrating the conveyor speed and motion to ensure accurate speed for product passing through the oven, verifying and adjusting the width of the auto edge rail to ensure proper alignment and positioning of products sitting on the conveyor to prevent product drop or stuck.

Inspection of BTU Ovens:
Thorough inspecting major components of the reflow oven, such as heating elements, blower fans, sensors, water systems and mechanical parts, to identify any wear, damage, or malfunction that may affect performance.
